Mike does go into the proper nutrition necessary to feed your body all the stuff it needs and nothing that it doesn’t and he spends quite a bit of time doing that, however, the exercise part(s) of it will get your body burning fat at an amazing rate.

Those exercises do get a little sweaty as you are taken through the truth about abs proper workouts to work your entire body, not just your abs.  This is very important, as all of the muscle groups must be worked so that your metabolism will stay at the optimum level for building the lean muscle mass you need.

This may be too intense for beginners but he starts you out slowly!
